Found this company after doing some research as they had worked on a couple of houses in our Street.They came up with plans that were so much better than we could have expected.Good communication from the very beginning and very reasonable in their pricing.

If I have to suggest any architect/planning application in East London, I would highly recommend Nash and Javed. I came across her work while searching for good architects in East London. I've approached many other architects for my work, but only she appeared perfectly fitting for my project. She responded quickly with all her great advices, and understood all my queries and helped me with all major and minor aspects of my project. Her work ethic is extremely applaudable; very understanding, supportive, keen even regarding little details with prompt replies.
My planning application was quite complicated that involved installation of extraction flue but with all her expertise and vast experience Nash handled it all quite brilliantly and in the end got the approval from the council!

In life you need to be guided when taking on jobs you have no experience in. Well Rapid Plans was that company. A loft conversion and extension was needed. i was told what the council would give and what they wouldnt. they where bang on correct. Good pricing good communication. Would i recommend? i wouldnt go anywhere else.

I can not thank them enough for all their advice and professionalism that they have provided. I had my extension plans drawn up and through the whole journey from drawings to submission and even to the end of construction they have always been so approachable and helpful. No question was too silly for them and they always gave me the most honest advice regarding my extension. True professionals who keep the customer in mind. Thank you both.
